“Therapy isn't curing somebody of something; it is a means of helping a person explore himself, his life, his consciousness. My purpose as a therapist is to find out what it means to be human.”
― ROLLO MAY
Ask yourself the following questions:
Have you experienced the chaos that comes alongside trauma?
Do you find yourself in dissociative states that leave you confused and upset?
Do you believe that your life has become too much too process?
If you answered yes to any of those questions, you aren't alone. I know from personal experience just how intimidating and frustrating it can be trying to find the right therapist for your needs.
Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about their path forward. My therapeutic approach combines existential and humanistic perspectives with specialized training in trauma, dissociation, grief, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, and HeartMath. Above all, I strive to create a space rooted in respect, accountability, honesty, humor, and authenticity.
Therapy is most meaningful when it’s a true collaboration. You bring the wisdom of knowing yourself, and I bring training and perspective with the goal of meetng in the middle to create a space designed for your needs. I believe in balancing support with gentle challenge, and I invite you to do the same with me: offering feedback, voicing disagreements, and helping shape our work together.
